San Jose Proposed changes to Title 7 Animal regulations..
Well things just get worse!
They put the Guardian language back in, thereby trying to remove our rights to private property
afforded by the Constitution in the Bill of Rights.
Now they are saying we can't use choke chains or pinch collars when walking our dogs.
We can't use flexi leashes on our walks unless we are in a park.
Forcing Vets to report all rabies shots to the government smacks of Big Brother.

I'm writing to my representative again.
Action is required to put a stop to this nonsense.

If you live in San Jose you should be very concerned about this. The link above gives instructions on how to contact your representative to vote against this.

Unfortunately this flawed legislation passed. I urge people to contact their council member and complain very loudly about their total lack of regard for the rights of Dog owners in San Jose.
